Pre-cooling Unit and Cold Stores 

Also serving the farms and other clients, an adjacent unit provides pre-cooling of up to 48 pallets of packed fruits or vegetables simultaneously. Products are then stored in spacious cold stores with a capacity of 400 pallets until they are loaded to be shipped to their final destinations.
The packing, pre-cooling and storage units are protected by electricity generators to prevent any interruptions in the rare case of unexpected power cuts.
